Firstsource Solutions, earlier ICICI OneSource, among India's leading BPO companies providing business process management services to global leaders in Banking & Financial Services, Telecom & Media and Healthcare had incredibly high standards for space requirements including site location, Costs, Floor Efficiency, Interior planning efficiency etc. They needed a good independent building in a Grade A location with cost being one of the main driving factors.

After sourcing a building which fulfilled FirstSource Solutions requirements, NAI took on a tough negotiation with the land lord which stretched for Months after which an agreement was arrived at. We took part in all site meetings with the Architects, Landlords and FirstSource representatives to sort out commercial, technical and legal points satisfactorily.

NAI Hemdev’S secured the best deal at the prestigious Class A location of OMR, The IT Corridor, for FirstSource. All of FirstSource Solutions requirements were successfully met and a 9 year lease was signed. NAI Hemdev’S represented FirstSource Solutions to lease the Independent IT Building of 37,000 sq.ft. spread over 4 Floors with a first right of refusal on the 2 Additional floors being constructed by the landlords.
